WHEN IS YOUR SEASON?
Typically, early June through October.
WHAT TIME ISÂ PICK UP & DROP OFF?
Pick up times are between 7am and 9am. Drop off times are between 6pm and 8pm. We appreciate you being on time!
HOW DO RENTALS WORK?
You'll pay for rentals through the website before you pick them up. When you're done with your water adventures, you'll drop them back off.
DO YOU DELIVER?
We don't offer delivery services at this time. You're responsible for picking up the rental and then dropping it off on time. We're super easy to find and located in the heart of Loveland, CO.
CAN I RENT FOR MULTIPLE DAYS?
Yes! You can book multiple days through the website. We appreciate your business!
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
We appreciate you treating our SUPs and kayaks as if they were your own valued recreation equipment. If one is damaged while in your care, we'll expect that you either pay to replace the product or have it repaired depending on the damage.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards.
WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You will be refunded 50% of your reservation fee when cancelling 48 hours in advance.
